I have the immense joy of calling Bailey a fellow educator, judge, professional dancer and my friend. Miss Bailey’s classes always inspire me in different ways. But one thing that stands out is her kindness and passion towards teaching. I love how involved she is in making dancers stronger in this dance world. And I really feel that she has a different connection with every dancer she crosses paths with. My daughter started working with Bailey just this January, and since then has experienced so much growth! Bailey has been her teacher for a class and also rehearsed her solo. Bailey did the best solo cleaning my daughter has ever had. She not only is able to read the intention of the piece and make the “story” read more clearly, but she also helps with the fundamentals: exercises to help strengthen, pre-performance prep to add consistency, and detail orientation to keep the technique clean. As a parent, I also appreciate that Bailey is always on time, professional, prepared, and committed to every rehearsal and class. My girl also danced in Bailey’s group choreography which we also love. We can’t wait to work with her again!!

I have been a student in Bailey's adult tap classes that she taught at Viera Dance Conservatory. The classes were a lot of fun and at a perfect pace for older students. Bailey is patient and kind.
